6ix9ine’s legal troubles have landed him with strict probation conditions, including finding a full-time, lawful job. The New York rapper’s probation was recently extended by a year after a 45-day jail stint for multiple violations. These included unauthorized travel, physical altercations, failing drug tests, and not reporting to his probation officer.
Judge Paul Engelmayer imposed additional restrictions, such as electronic monitoring, home confinement, and mandatory updates on his job and living arrangements. The judge also prohibited him from associating with felons, owning weapons, or traveling out of his district without prior approval.

In addition to these restrictions, 6ix9ine must complete 300 hours of community service, participate in outpatient mental health and substance abuse programs, and follow a drug-testing schedule. He is also required to surrender his passport and refrain from applying for new travel documents.
Failure to comply with these conditions could lead to further legal consequences. For now, 6ix9ine must shift focus from his music career to meeting these probation requirements.
