    Lucci’s legal battle began in January 2021 when he was arrested on RICO charges. In 2023, he pleaded guilty to one count of violating Georgia's Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. As part of the agreement, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by 10 years of probation, with time served factored into the prison term
